Informational utility

FOOGG provides calculation and text-consistency tools for convenience. Results are estimates or mathematical transformations of user-provided input and may contain errors.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking the original recipe, ingredient suitability, allergens, food handling, safe cooking temperatures and doneness. Do not rely on FOOGG as a food-safety authority.

Advertising-supported service

FOOGG may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense and participating advertising partners. Ads are third-party content. Their appearance on FOOGG does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or recommendation by FOOGG, and advertisers are responsible for their own offers, products, services and claims.

Do not interact with an advertisement unless you genuinely want to visit or learn about the advertised offer. Advertising does not alter FOOGG calculator formulas or results.

Third-party services and links

FOOGG relies on infrastructure and advertising providers and may link to external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. FOOGG is not responsible for the availability, security, content or transactions of third-party sites.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FOOGG is not liable for losses caused by relying on calculator estimates, using an unsuitable recipe adaptation, following third-party advertising, or interruptions outside FOOGG's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, manipulate advertising, generate invalid ad traffic, or use automated access in a way that materially impairs availability for others.

Intellectual property

You retain responsibility for recipe text you paste into the browser. FOOGG does not claim ownership of user-provided recipe text merely because it is processed by the calculator. FOOGG's original site design, text, code and branding remain protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy & cookie policy and Advertising & affiliate disclosure.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
